Residual income is the income that you earn continuously after the initial effort has been expended. This is the opposite of active income. Do you know something about active income? The moment you cease to be active, or you retire from active service, your income is going to drop; for some people, their income stops entirely. This is not the case with residual income. Residual income, you continue to earn it. You earn it even while you’re on a journey, while you’re sleeping, while you’re at home relaxing with your family, and while you have retired from active service. The importance of residual income cannot be overemphasized. It can help you to live life on your terms. You can make money even while you’re sleeping.
